FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: parallel measurements of circular dichroism corresponding to first harmonic of photoelectric current of detector. optical rotation corresponding to second harmonic and transmission corresponding to zero harmonic. Dichrograph includes beam switch that forms in turn two outgoing parallel beams: measured beam and standard beam which pass through common ellipticity modulator, achromatic phase element that is located in path of standard beam during calibration of units of circular dichroism, two analyzers: measuring one in path of measured beam after dish and comparison analyzer in path of standard beam. Measuring analyzer has optical axis turned through 45 deg with reference to axis of modulator. Comparison analyzer is turned through calibration angle of 1 deg, for example, relative to measuring analyzer during measurement. EFFECT: simultaneous measurement of all three characteristics or determination which optical characteristic can be chosen for really tested substance. 6 cl, 4 dwg
