PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lactic fermented bamboo liquid which is not bulky, can be easily utilized according to use applications, and is highly useful.SOLUTION: The lactic fermented bamboo liquid 22 is produced by blending bamboo leaf powder 12, bamboo root powder 13 and an acid plant 37 having pH less than 7 with lactic fermented bamboo powder 1, fermenting in water and taking out extract. The bamboo leaf powder 12 has 90 to 110 wt.% to the lactic fermented bamboo powder 1, and the bamboo root powder 13 has 30 to 50 wt.% to the lactic fermented bamboo powder 1. The acid plant 37 may be fruit such as berries and citrus. Further, berries such as blueberries and boysenberries are appropriate as fruit.【課題】嵩張りがなく、用途に応じて容易に活用でき、しかも有用性に優れた乳酸発酵竹液を提供する。【解決手段】この乳酸発酵竹液22は、乳酸発酵竹粉1に竹葉粉12と竹根粉13とpH7未満の酸性質植物37とを配合し水中で発酵させてエキスを抽出したものである。竹葉粉12は乳酸発酵竹粉1の90~110重量%であり、竹根粉13は乳酸発酵竹粉1の30~50重量%である。酸性質植物37はベリー類、柑橘類等の果実でもよい。また果実はブルーベリー、ボイセンベリー等のベリー類が適当である。【選択図】図5
