This agricultural spreading agent composition comprises (A) at least one type of an aliphatic ester selected from the group consisting of (A1)-(A5), (B) at least one type of a water-soluble solvent medium (B) selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, glycerol, and ethanol, and (C) water.
