The present invention relates to a composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion, characterized in that it comprises at least one crosslinked poly (2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulphonic acid) polymer which is at least 90%neutralized, at least one organopolysiloxane elastomer, at least two mattifying agents comprising at least one talc, and cellulose microbeads, the globules of the said emulsion having a mean size ranging from 15 to 500 microns and the oily phase being present in an amount of less than 35%by weight relative to the total weight of the composition. Linvention concerne en outre un procédé de soin et/ou de maquillage de matières kératiniques.
