PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system of a work vehicle which can acquire information on the raising state of crops in a farm field.SOLUTION: A work management system of a work vehicle includes: an unmanned flying body 2 having a camera 22 and a positioning device 21 measuring the self-position, and capturing a farm field image by the camera 22 while flying over a farm field 8 along a prescribed flying route R2 and a control unit 1A performing synthetic processing of image information captured by the camera 22 and position information indicating the imaging position of the camera 22 acquired from the positioning device 21 to generate farm field information.
