Disclosed are a smart aquarium lighting system reflecting brightness of solar light, and a lighting device using the same. The aquarium lighting system comprises: an LED module provided in an aquarium； a control board for individually controlling brightness of each of W, R, G, and B of the LED module； and a user terminal for transmitting control information for controlling the LED module to the control board.
