PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder for solidification that achieves generally leveled solidification time without being affected by the property of anhydrous glucose by hastening each of a solidification starting time and a solidification finishing time when a powder for solidification composed mainly of anhydrous glucose is brought into contact with an aqueous medium to prepare a solidified product like a soda pop, to provide a combined confectionery using the powder for solidification and to provide a solidification and leveling method of an anhydrous glucose solidified product.SOLUTION: There is provided the powder for solidification composed mainly of anhydrous glucose which is used for solidification into a predetermined shape by bringing the powder for solidification into contact with an aqueous medium.
