PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously perform distance adjustment, centering, and detection of a confronting position when positioning an X-ray generation part and a radiography part.SOLUTION: Three directional visible light beams are irradiated from the X-ray generation part 1 toward the imaging surface 3 of the radiography part 2, two visible light beams L&theta of the three advance on a vertical plane (Z, Y plane) including an X-ray reference axis X at a deflection angle &theta vertically to an X-ray reference line X, and the other visible light beam L&phiv advances on a horizontal plane (XY plane) at a deflection angle &phiv to the X-ray reference axis X. On the lines of orthogonal reference axes Z and Y of the rectangular imaging surface 3, a distance index is provided, respectively. When the imaging surface 3 confronts the X-ray radiation surface of the X-ray generation part 1 at a prescribed distance and centers of them match with each other, the spots of the visible light beams L&theta and L&phiv match the distance index, respectively.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線発生部と撮影部を位置決めするに当り、距離調整、中心合わせ、正対位置の検出を同時に行う。【解決手段】X線発生部1からは3本の指向性を有する可視光線が撮影部2の撮像面3に向けて照射され、そのうちの2本の可視光線Lθは、X線基準軸Xを含む鉛直平面(Z、Y平面)をX線基準線Xに対し上下に振れ角θで進行し、他の1本の可視光線Lφは、水平平面(XY平面)上をX線基準軸Xに対し振れ角φで進行する。矩形形状の撮像面3の直交する基準軸Z、Yの線上にはそれぞれ距離指標が設けられている。撮像面3が所定の距離でX線発生部1のX線放射面と正対し、互いの中心が一致している場合には、可視光線Lθ、Lφのスポットがそれぞれ距離指標と一致する。【選択図】図1
