An MRI method comprises: a step of performing a first data acquisition block of a pulse sequence to obtain a first MR data from a plurality of slices of a subject during a completely restored magnetization in a longitudinal direction within a plurality of slices disposed at different locations of a subject； a step of performing a magnetization preparation module before the restoration period, and the second data acquisition block of the pulse sequence including an image sequence executed during the restoration period to obtain a second MR data from the slices during the restoration period； and a step of generating a T1 map of the subject based on the first MR data and the second MR data of the slices.MRI 방법은 피검자의 각기 다른 위치에 배치되는 복수의 슬라이스 내에서 완전히 복원된 길이방향 자화의 기간에 상기 피검자의 복수의 슬라이스로부터 제 1 MR 데이터를 획득하도록 펄스 시퀀스의 제 1 데이터 획득 블록을 수행하는 단계； 복원 기간에 상기 복수의 슬라이스로부터 제 2 MR 데이터를 획득하도록, 상기 복원 기간 이전의 자화 준비 모듈 및 상기 복원 기간에 실행되는 영상 시퀀스를 포함하는 상기 펄스 시퀀스의 제 2 데이터 획득 블록을 수행하는 단계； 및 상기 복수의 슬라이스의 상기 제 1 MR 데이터 및 상기 제 2 MR 데이터를 토대로 상기 피검자의 T1 맵을 생성하는 단계를 포함한다.
