The device has a gripping band (3) whose part extends till bottom of a plane part (B), where the device is made of a flexible thermoplastic material. The plane part surrounds a flexible tutor wire and a stem of a plant and then the sides of the plane part by sliding in a safety notch at an enlargement of the plant. The plane part enters in the safety notch without stretching the closure by jamming. An anchoring zone (C) anchors the tutor wire by an elastic clamp (6).
