The present invention relates to reuse of a gelatin net generated during a process of manufacturing a gelatin capsule, and more particularly, to a method and an apparatus for extracting high purity of gelatin from the gelatin net by removing an additional material, specifically, its color contained in the gelatin net in order to reuse the gelatin as a material for manufacturing a gelatin capsule. To this end, according to the present invention, the gelatin scrap is washed for a post-process and foreign substances are filtered by sequentially performing a general filtering scheme, a micro-filtering scheme and an ultra-filtering scheme after a gelatin scrap is dissolved with solvent. Then, in ion separation step, a coloring material is removed and concentrating and drying processes are performed.본 발명은 젤라틴 캡슐 제조과정에서 발생하는 젤라틴 네트를 재활용 하기 위한 것으로, 특히 젤라틴 네트에 함유되어 있는 첨가물질 특히 색상을 제거함으로써 높은 순도의 젤라틴을 추출하여 젤라틴 캡슐을 제조하기 위한 원료로 재활용할 수 있도록 한 것이다.이를 위하여 본 발명은, 전처리를 위한 세척과 세척된 젤라틴 스크랩을 용매에 의한 용해과정을 거쳐 일반여과와 마이크로여과 및 울트라여과방식을 순차사용하면서 이물질을 여과토록 한 후 이온분리단계에서 색도유발물질을 제거토록 한 후 농축과 건조과정을 사용토록 한 것이다.
