The present invention relates to a dental implant unit capable of forming a proper shaped abutment by separately including a frame of a metal material fixed to a fixture and a cap of a resin material inserted into a crown, and combining two components depending on a patient state, thereby easily processing cap molding depending on a shape (size) of the crown. The present invention can improve cohesion without a loss of intensity of a post by forming a cutting groove in the post at a predetermined depth to predetermined height depending on a shaft direction in a corresponding part of the post of the frame inserted into the fixture and can easily remove the fractured post without damage of the fixture when the post is fractured and removed.본 발명은 치과 임플란트 유닛에 관한 것으로, 지대주(abutment)를 매식체에 고정되는 금속 재질의 프레임과 치관에 삽입되는 수지 재질의 캡을 별도로 구성하여 환자의 상태에 따라 상기 두 구성요소를 조합하여 적절한 형태의 지대주를 형성함으로써 치관의 형상(크기)에 따라 캡의 성형 가공을 용이하게 할 수 있고, 매식체에 삽입되는 프레임의 포스트의 해당 부위를 축 방향을 따라 포스트에 일정한 깊이로 일정한 높이까지 절개홈을 형성하여 포스트의 강도에는 거의 손실이 없이 결속력은 향상시키면서 포스트가 파절되어 제거해야할 경우 매식체의 손상 없이 파절된 포스트를 쉽게 제거할 수 있다.
