The present invention relates to a splint which can reduce installation time and costs by molding main forming units fixed to a human body peripheral to a fracture region to various sizes to selectively use the main forming units with various sizes, and forming an auxiliary forming unit inserting the fracture region thereinto to form the fracture region by using warm water； and a manufacturing method of the splint. The splint composed of a thermoplastic resin sheet comprises the main forming unit which is fixed to the human body peripheral to the fracture region and the auxiliary forming unit which is fixed to the fracture region, wherein the main forming unit and the auxiliary forming unit are integrally molded by a mold. The main forming unit is molded to various sizes so that the main forming units with appropriate sizes can be selectively used in accordance with various human body sizes, and the auxiliary forming unit is molded to a larger size than the fracture region so that the auxiliary forming unit comes into close contact with and is fixed to the fracture region by using warm water after inserting the fracture region thereinto. Therefore, the splint of the present invention is economical by selectively using main forming units with appropriate sizes that have been molded in advance in accordance with various human body sizes of patients, and inserting the fracture region onto the auxiliary forming unit molded to a larger size than the fracture region such that the auxiliary forming unit comes into close contact with the fracture region to form the fracture region, thereby reducing medical procedure time, further facilitating installation, and reducing medical procedure costs accordingly.
