PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device which can improve a hemostatic effect by restricting a reduction of blood flow amount in a radial artery while providing an appropriate pressing force to an ulnar artery, thereby reducing a palsy or a pain caused by pressing the ulnar artery.SOLUTION: A hemostatic device 10 includes: a flexible belt-like part 20 which can be wound around an arm 200 inside which a radial artery 210 and an ulnar artery 230 travels through a fixing part 30 for fixing the belt-like part wound around the arm an expansion part 50 connected to the belt-like part, the expansion part 50 expanding by injecting a fluid therein to press a hemostatic part 220 of the radial artery and a pressing member 60 configured to be positioned at a position different from the expansion part in a longitudinal direction of the belt-like part, the pressing member 60 being configured to press the ulnar artery.
