PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device which can press a hemostatic part of a radial artery and press a periphery of an ulnar artery, which can reduce a palsy or a pain during use.SOLUTION: A hemostatic device 10 includes: a belt-like part 20 a curved plate 40 an expansion part 50 connected to the belt-like part, the expansion part 50 expanding by injecting a fluid therein to press a hemostatic part 220 of the radial artery 210 of the arm and a pressing member 60 configured to press the ulnar artery 230. The expansion part includes a first surface 50a positioned on an arm-side and a second surface 50b positioned on a side of the belt-like part, and the pressing member includes a third surface 60a positioned on the arm-side and a fourth surface 60b positioned on the side of the belt-like part. When a part of the second surface and a part of the fourth surface of the pressing member is in contact with a region on which a curved plate is positioned, a length H1 of a perpendicular line from the curved plate to the first surface at the time when the expansion part is expanded is longer than the length H2 of a perpendicular line from the curved plate to the third surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】橈骨動脈の止血すべき部位を押圧するとともに尺骨動脈の周辺を押圧可能な止血器具であって、使用時の痺れや苦痛を軽減することのできる止血器具を提供する。【解決手段】止血器具10は、帯体20と、湾曲板40と、帯体に連結されて、流体を注入することにより拡張して腕の橈骨動脈210上の止血すべき部位220を押圧可能な拡張部50と、尺骨動脈230を押圧可能な押圧部材60と、を備える。拡張部は腕側に配置される第1表面50aおよび帯体側に配置される第2表面50bを有し、押圧部材は腕側に配置される第3表面60aおよび帯体側に配置される第4表面60bを有する。第2表面の一部および押圧部材における第4表面の一部を湾曲板が配置された範囲に接触させた状態において、拡張部を拡張させた際における湾曲板から第1表面への垂線の長さH1は、湾曲板から第3表面への垂線の長さH2よりも長い。【選択図】図3
