PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment catheter suitable to transradial coronary intervention.SOLUTION: A catheter includes a distal end side shaft and a proximal end side shaft which is joined to the proximal end part of the distal end side shaft and whose rigidity is higher than the distal end side shaft. In the catheter, the distal end part of the proximal end side shaft is formed so that its rigidity is lower than the proximal end side of the distal end part.
