PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type disposable diaper improved in the fitness properties from the gluteal cleft to a crotch and hard to cause a voluminous and swelling feeling in the crotch part when wearing.SOLUTION: The pants-type disposable diaper is composed as follows to solve the problem. A predetermined region including a gluteal cleft facing part out of a region, where an exterior sheet 20 and interior body 10 of a main back piece B are overlapped with each other, is to be a non-fixed region 80 where the interior body 10 and the exterior sheet 20 are not fixed, and an gluteal cleft part elastic member 42 for allowing lateral contraction force to act on the gluteal cleft facing part in the exterior sheet 20 of the main back piece B and the gluteal cleft facing part of the parts located on both side parts thereof is provided in the non-fixed region 80.
