PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive disposable urine absorbing pad for a male, hardly making a crotch get musty, keeping a large amount of urine, causing little leakage and being used when a user goes out.SOLUTION: A substrate in which a planar absorbing body and a liquid-permeable top sheet 4 are laminated on a liquid non-permeable back sheet 2 is two-folded, a pad fixing bar 5 is attached inside an opening portion 13 of a bag-like body 12 formed by joining both the sides of the substrate, and a block-like absorbing body 6 is housed in the bag-like body 12. An adhesive layer 7 is formed on the rear surface of an extension portion 14 of the back sheet 2. A user inserts his penis into the bag-like body 12 of the pad 1, the pad fixing bar 5 is sandwiched between the root of the penis and a scrotum and bonded and fixed to the inside of a pant by using the adhesive layer 7 of the extension portion.
