PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable pad for both persons living daily lives and bed-ridden persons, capable of completely preventing urine leakage, and facilitating attachment/detachment without applying burden to nursing care.SOLUTION: A wearable pad comprises: a bag-type pad 10 that includes a water-absorbing material 12 in the inside, a water-impervious bag 11 in the outside, and an opening 13 at an entrance of the bag, where a flange 14 is formed around the periphery of the opening an O ring 21 that is composed of a material closely fitted to a body, and a cut part 22 provided on an upper side at a part where a crotch front part of a wearer is located and pad-fixing pants 20 that include opening/closing tools 23a and 23b connected to the cut part. The outside diameter of the flange 14 is larger than the inside diameter of the O ring 21. The wearable pad is used to open the O ring 21 and the opening/closing tools 23a and 23b of the pad-fixing pants 20, closely fit the flange 14 of the bag-type pad 10 to the periphery of the urethra exit 32 of the wearer, and close the O ring 21 and the opening/closing tools 23a and 23b of the pants 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】日常生活する人も寝たきりの人も対象で、完全に尿漏れを防止でき、且つ介護にも負担のかからない着脱が容易な装着型パッドを提供する。【解決手段】内部に吸水材12を備え、外側が水を通さない袋11となっていて、 該袋の入口に開口13を備え、該開口の周囲に鍔部14を備えた袋型パッド10と、体に密着する素材からなり、着用者の股間前部が位置する部分に、上部に切断部22を備えたOリング21と、該切断部に接続した開閉具23a、23bを備えたパッド固定パンツ20と、からなり、鍔部14の外径はOリング21の内径よりも大きい。この装着型パッドを用い、パッド固定パンツ20のOリング21と開閉具23a、23bを開き、袋型パッド10の鍔部14を着用者の尿道出口32周辺に密着し、パンツ20のOリング21と開閉具23a、23bを閉じることで使用する。【選択図】図1
