PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of opening/closing time and labor in work of removing a weight and a drop lid, untying a draw string to take out pickles and sealing, and a sanitary problem associated with the scatter of soaking liquid although food pickles in general homes are pickled by laying a plastic bag in a container, to pickle food therein, closing a bag opening with a string, a rubber band or the like to put a drop lid thereon, and pressing the food with a weight to pickle it. ! SOLUTION: A pickle takeout cap is combined with a drop lid for pickles to integrate the function of the drop lid with a takeout port. A plastic bag for pickles is fixed to the drop lid by screw-fastening, and a takeout port of a screw-type cap is provided to facilitate opening/closing for taking out pickles. !
