PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent detergent composition which has both of rich bubbling and formulation stability, exhibits satisfactory colorability to bubbles without damaging a use incentive of a user and easily controls a time to color bubbles so that a comfortable use feeling and a suitable use form can be offered according to an intended use of the user, and to provide a method for producing the detergent composition.SOLUTION: The detergent composition (1) contains a pigment granule blended therein, the pigment granule comprising 10-95 mass% of a water-insoluble pigment (A) and two or more kinds (B) selected from polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl alcohol derivatives, polyvinyl pyrrolidone and polyvinyl pyrrolidone derivatives. The method for producing the detergent composition comprises the steps of: mixing powder containing the water-insoluble pigment (A) with a solution of the component (B)； granulating an obtained mixture； drying an obtained granule to obtain the pigment granule； and mixing the pigment granule with a detergent.【課題】豊かな泡立ちと製剤安定性を両立すると共に、利用者の使用動機を損なうことなく、泡への十分な着色性を発揮し、泡への着色時間を容易に制御することができるため、利用者の用途に応じた心地よい使用感と好適な使用形態を提供できる優れた洗浄剤組成物、及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】［１］水不溶性色素（Ａ）１０～９５質量％、並びにポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアルコール誘導体、ポリビニルピロリドン、及びポリビニルピロリドン誘導体から選ばれる２種以上（Ｂ）を含有する色素顆粒を、配合してなる洗浄剤組成物、及び［２］水不溶性色素（Ａ）を含有する粉体と（Ｂ）成分の溶液とを混合して造粒した後、乾燥して得た色素顆粒を、洗浄剤と混合する工程を有する、前記［１］の洗浄剤組成物の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
