The composition further comprises calcium and magnesium, wherein the ratio Ca/Mg is less than 8. Optionally, the composition comprises polyunsaturated fatty acids and/or vitamin D. Preferably, the composition is a dairy composition and, more preferably, a yogurt. The composition according to the invention provides health benefits and can be used, in particular, for supporting, maintaining and/or improving of vascular elasticity and for the prevention of vascular hardening.
