PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily forecast the reduction of an actual blood flow rate.SOLUTION: A reception device 10 is attached to a blood circuit 2 near an exit of a blood pump 3. The reception device converts the vibration generated according to how the blood in the blood circuit flows to voltage and outputs the voltage. An analog signal processing part 20 includes a filter and an amplifier. The filter subjects the voltage output by the reception device to filtering, and takes out a specific frequency component. The amplifier amplifies an analog signal that the filer outputs. A computer 30 monitors whether or not a blood removal failure is caused during dialysis according to the voltage that the analog signal processing part 20 outputs.
