PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power supply device capable of acquiring intracardiac potential reduced in noise even during the passage of a high-frequency electric current.SOLUTION: A high-frequency power supply device is constituted so as to let the high-frequency electric current flow across the leading end electrode 310 of an ablation catheter 300 and a counter electrode 400, and includes a first transformer 25 for transforming the AC voltage from a power supply plug, a power supply part 20 for applying the transformed AC electric current to the respective constitutional pats of this device, an operational processing part 10 for forming a high-frequency signal and an output indication signal, an amplification part 30 for amplifying a high-frequency signal to form a high-frequency electric current, an output part 60 for outputting the high-frequency electric current to the ablation catheter 300 on the basis of the output indication signal from the operational processing part 10, and the second transformer 65 mounted on the output part 60 in order to cut the noise mixed with the high-frequency electric current formed in the amplification part 30.
