PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for accurate and reliable delivery of a molecule (for example, a drug intravenously delivered into a fluid) into a carrier fluid, and to provide a method therefor.SOLUTION: The device for controlled release of a molecule into a carrier fluid includes: (i) a microchip device 10 which has a plurality of reservoirs holding the molecule for release and (ii) a mixing chamber which has a structure for facilitating the carrier fluid to flow.
