PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing device which decides whether or not change in frequency results from sleepiness of a subject person, without applying a load on the subject person.SOLUTION: An analyzing device 100 acquires heartbeat signal data to create heartbeat interval data. The analyzing device 100 analyzes the extent of difference between the heartbeat interval and the representative value of the heartbeat interval data based on the representative value of the heartbeat interval data and the heartbeat interval data, and then decides that noise is generated when the extent of difference between the heartbeat interval and the representative value is large.
