PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of performing highly accurate disease diagnosis by reflecting a vital sign, a daily body condition, and an anamnesis, obtained by taking individual difference of an object person into consideration.SOLUTION: A disease diagnosis device 39 includes a vital measurement part 2, an information management part 3, and a display part 12. The information management part 3 includes a vital abnormality determination part 1 and a disease determination part 42. The vital abnormality determination part 1 determines whether a vital value of an object person on a measurement date is abnormal on the basis of vital information of the object person. The disease determination part 42 is a part for determining whether the object person suffers from a specific disease in the case that the vital information obtained from the object person and health observation information satisfy a prescribed condition. The determination is performed as to whether disease analysis flow arrives to the end by confirming whether to satisfy a condition of contents of confirmation items regulated in each disease along disease analysis flow information. The disease analysis flow information is specialized in a disease from which an elderly person is easily suffered is apt to perform a disease analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】対象者の個人差を考慮したバイタルサインや、日々の体調、既往歴を反映して、精度の高い病気診断を可能とする装置を提供する。【解決手段】病気診断装置３９は、バイタル計測部２と、情報管理部３、表示部１２を備えている。情報管理部３は、バイタル異常判定部１と、病気判定部４２を備えている。バイタル異常判定部１は、対象者のバイタル情報に基づき、計測した日の対象者のバイタル値が異常か否かを判定する。病気判定部４２は、対象者から得たバイタル情報、健康観察情報が所定の条件を満たした場合に、対象者が特定の病気にかかった状態か否かを判定する部分である。判定は、病気解析フロー情報に沿って、病気ごとに規定された確認項目の内容の条件を満たすか否かを確認して、病気解析フローが最後まで行き着くか否かで行われる。病気解析フロー情報は、高齢者がかかりやすい病気に特化して病気解析を行っていくものとなっている。【選択図】図１
