PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger operation support device for supporting improvement of scissors operation skill. SOLUTION: The myoelectric information analysis device 20 for acquiring the myoelectric information of the muscle of a subject who operates scissors, the scissors analysis device 30 for detecting the movement information of the scissors operated by the subject, the myoelectric information and the scissors movement information. It is provided with a skill determination device 10 for determining the proficiency level of the finger operation of the subject using the above and transmitting the determination result. The skill judgment device classifies the skilled person and the inexperienced person by machine learning using the myoelectric information and the scissors movement information of the scissors operation expert and the myoelectric information and the scissors exercise information of the inexperienced person as training data. A vessel is constructed, and it is determined whether the subject is an expert or an inexperienced person from the myoelectric information and the scissors movement information when the subject performs the scissors operation.
