摘要：: The present invention is in the field of pneumococcal capsular saccharide conjugate vaccines. Specifically, a multivalent Streptococcus pneumoniae immunogenic composition is provided comprising 10 or more capsular saccharides from different S. pneumoniae serotypes which are conjugated to a carrier protein, and comprising 3 or more different carrier proteins, wherein the composition comprises: serotype 19F capsular saccharide conjugated to diphtheria toxoid (DT)； serotype 18C capsular saccharide conjugated to tetanus toxoid (TT)； serotype 1,4,5,6B,7F,9V,14 and 23F capsular saccharides conjugated to protein D from Haemophilus influenzae .本發明係關於肺炎球菌莢膜醣結合物疫苗領域。具體而言，所提供之多價肺炎鏈球菌免疫原組合物具有與2種或2種以上不同載體蛋白質結合之來自不同肺炎鏈球菌血清型的多種經結合莢膜醣，其中該組合物包含與白喉類毒素(DT)或CRM197結合之血清型19F莢膜醣，視情況其中19F為該組合物中唯一與白喉類毒素(DT)或CRM197結合之醣。
