PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocatalysis carrier filter in which a photocatalyst carried on a solid bases material composing the same is efficiently irradiated with ultraviolet energy, and a photocatalysis action is activated, and further, to provide a fitting type air purifier applying the photocatalysis carrier filter.SOLUTION: Provided is a photocatalysis carrier filter comprising: a solid base material 10 provided with a plurality of through holes 30 passing through in a thickness direction and a photocatalysis layer 20 formed on a surface of the solid base material 10 including the inside of the through holes 30. Each through hole 30 has: a first opening part 31 with a hole diameter a provided at the surface 21 of the solid base material 10 and a second opening part 32 with a hole diameter b provided at the rear face 22 of the solid base material 10, and the hole diameter b is smaller than the hole diameter a (hole diameter a>hole diameter b).
