The present invention relates to a breast patch for a woman. The breast patch comprises: a pad body including a through hole formed at the center, a plurality of cutouts formed on an outer circumference, wherein intervals between the cutouts become gradually narrower towards the through hole, and a plurality of unit pads radially formed while having the cutouts therebetween； and an elastic connection unit configured to connect, to each other, the unit pads adjacent by the cutouts. According to the present invention, a shape of the pad body can be changed according to a size of a breast, thereby effectively surrounding the breast, the skin of the breast can be effectively protected and managed by a functional material applied on an inner surface of the pad body, and a lower portion of the breast is pulled in by the pad body, thereby preventing the breast from sagging and providing elasticity to the breast.
