The present invention relates to a measurement apparatus for three-dimensionally measuring the shape and size of breasts. The present invention comprises: a first body part comprising a reference bar freely folded or unfolded and including first measurement gradations formed on the outer surface of a hollow pipe shape, and a sub reference bar including second measurement gradations formed on the surface and having a bar shape protruding from the hollow part of the reference bar； a second body part comprising a pipe-shaped measurement bar freely folded or unfolded and including third measurement gradations and formed on the outer surface to be assembled vertically with the outer surface of the first body, and a sub measurement bar protruding from the upper part of the measurement bar and including fourth gradations formed on the outer surface； and an adjustment part including a moving unit installed on the outer surface of the second body part to be slid along the outer surface of the first body part, and a tightening screw installed on the outer surface of the moving unit to control the sliding of the moving unit.
