The present invention relates to a user-customized breast surgery assisting device including: a breast accommodation unit in the shape of a half circle which accommodates a breast of a person to receive the surgery and a vacuum adsorption unit which is connected to the breast accommodation unit and provides vacuum adsorption force to the breast accommodation unit. The breast accommodation unit comprises: an outer volume adjustment unit which is made of an elastic material having an end portion, which is connected to the vacuum adsorption unit to be enclosed, and id deformed by vacuum adsorption force of the vacuum adsorption unit and an inner volume adjustment unit which is in the shape of an air pouch having an open end portion, is arranged on one end portion of the inside of the breast accommodation unit which accommodates the person&primes breast for the surgery, and has an internal air volume adjusted as the open end portion is connected to the vacuum adsorption unit.
