A method for fabricating a dissolvable or biodegradable polymer microneedle patch using air-exhausting filtration includes steps of: A) providing a mold formed with through holes that has a first end, and a second end opposite to and larger than the first end in diameter B) disposing a breathable substrate over the mold to fully cover the second end of the through holes and C) exhausting air from the through holes via the breathable substrate such that a raw composition containing a dissolvable or biodegradable polymer material and adjacent to the first end of the through holes is sucked into the through holes through the first end such that the through holes are filled with the dissolvable or biodegradable polymer material. This invention can fabricate a complete microneedle through a simplified procedure in a shorter fabrication time period, and can prevent the drugs added in the raw composition from waste in the backing support.一種利用抽氣過濾製備可溶性或生物可降解的高分子微針貼片的製法,包含步驟A:提供一個界定出數貫孔的模具。每一貫孔包括相反設置的一第一開口及一第二開口,且該第二開口的寬度大於該第一開口的寬度;步驟B:使用一透氣基材遮蓋每一貫孔的第二開口;步驟C:隔著該透氣基材對每一貫孔抽氣,使一包含可溶性或生物可降解的高分子材料的原料組分由每一第一開口進入每一貫孔中,並使該可溶性或生物可降解的高分子材料填充於每一貫孔中。本發明能製得完整微針,且製程所需時間更短、步驟更簡便,並能避免浪費該原料組分或是所需添加之藥物。
