The handle arm (28, 128, 528) extends in a radial direction from a rotational axis of the handle shaft (26, 126, 516). The drive shaft (16, 116, 516) includes a first end (16A, 116A, 516A) and a second end (16B, 116B, 516B) disposed opposite to the first end (16A, 116A, 516A), and is rotatably supported by the reel unit (14, 114, 214, 314, 414, 514) at a second position different from the first position. The joint structure(18, 118, 218, 318, 418) joins the handle shaft (26, 126, 516) and the drive shaft (16, 116, 516), and the handle shaft (26, 126, 516) is unitarily rotatable with the drive shaft (16, 116, 516).
