PURPOSE: A tera-mat and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent the loss of seeds and soil from the mat by having excellent binding force with the soil. CONSTITUTION: A tera-mat comprises the following: a culture soil layer(20) including animal natural fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and a moisturizing agent； a culture soil protecting member(30) surrounding the culture soil layer from the upper and lower sides； and a coir net(40) installed on the upper and lower sides of the culture soil protecting member. The animal fertilizer is obtained by mixing blood powder with nitrogen obtained from blood meal or animal blood, and water soluble phosphoric acid. The culture soil protecting member is produced with a non-woven natural fiber or PLA. The tera-mat additionally includes an animal fertilizer layer obtained by spraying animal natural filtrate or blood powder diluted in water.본 발명에 따른 테라매트는 동물성 비료와 유기질비료와 보습제를 포함하는 배양토층과, 배양토층를 상하부에서 감싸는 배양토보호부재와, 상기 배양토층의 상하부에 설치되는 코어망을 구비한다. 그리고 이 테라매트의 시공방법은 녹지공간을 형성하기 위한 시공영역의 표면을 골라 정리하는 시공영역정리단계와, 동물성 비료와 유기질비료와 보습제를 포함하는 배양토층와, 배양토층를 상하부에서 감싸는 시트와, 상기 시트의 상하부에 설치되는 코어망으로 이루어진 테라매트를 정리된 시공영역에 깔아 덮이도록 테라매트시공단계와, 상기 시공영역에 깔린 테라매트 시공영역에 고정하는 테라매트고정단계와, 고정된 테라매트의 상부에 동물성 혈액으로 이루어진 동물성 비료를 살포하는 표층비료살포단계를 포함한다.
