PURPOSE: An eco-friendly sloped vegetation mat is provided to prevent culture soil from being lost due to rainwater and river water and to promote the growth of plants by transferring enough external air and oxygen to seeds. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly sloped vegetation mat comprises: a pulp layer(2) which plant seeds(1) are attached to and contains a fertilizer and humectants； a biomat layer(3) which prevents the acidic change of soil due to organic acid and supplies harmful materials and insoluble materials to plants by melting the insoluble materials including hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and the harmful materials including phosphoric acid, magnesium, and calcium； a loss prevention layer(4) which closes the upper parts of the pulp layer and the biomat layer； a net(5) which is settled on the upper side of the biomat layer； and a plurality of covers(6) which stand vertically on the upper side of the net.본 발명은 친환경 배양토 유실방지용 경사면 식생매트에 관한 것으로, 식물 씨앗이 부착되고 비료와 보습제가 함유된 펄프층； 바이오에 의해 생성되는 유기산으로 인해 토양의 산성 변화를 억제하고, 토양에 잔류하는 황화수소, 암모니아 등의 유해물질 및 인산, 마그네슘, 칼슘 등의 불용성 물질을 용해하여 식물에 공급하는 바이오매트층； 상기 바이오매트층의 상부에 적재되고, 법면을 따라 빗물이 흐르거나 강물이 흐를 때 씨앗이나 씨앗의 배양토가 흐르는 빗물이나 강물에 의해 유실되지 않도록 상기 펄프층 및 바이오매트층의 상부를 닫으며, 빗물의 흐름이 그치거나 법면이 지상으로 노출되면 상기 펄프층 및 바이오매트층이 외부로 노출되도록 닫힌 상부면을 오픈시키는 유실방지층；으로 이루어진다.따라서, 유실방지층의 상부면을 따라 빗물이 흐르거나 강물이 흐를 때, 커버가 빗물의 흐름 또는 강물의 흐름에 의해 눌리면서 네트의 격자공간 상부면에 덮히므로 네트의 격자공간을 외부와 차단시키며, 이에 따라 네트 내부의 씨앗이나 씨앗의 배양토가 빗물 또는 강물의 흐름에 영향을 받지 않게 되므로 씨앗 및 씨앗의 배양토가 유실되는 것이 방지된다.
