PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of natural grass mat is provided to manufacture a natural grass mat providing a similar shooting feeling as in a golf course created with natural grass. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of natural grass mat comprises the following steps: Prepare a seedling box(10) formed with multiple cells. Install mat-type bed soil or a vegetative mat(12) inner side of the seedling box. Plant seeds or runners of grass in the top surface of the vegetative mat or the bed soil, raise for 75-90 days, and cut them to be 10-30mm. A cell has multiple protrusions(20) formed with a discharge hole(22), and a valley(16) is formed between protrusions. The natural grass is cultivated at 10-30deg. C and 25-40% of humidity. The water content of the mat-type bed soil and the vegetative mat is 35-55%. The thickness of the mat-type bed soil and the vegetative mat is 4-10mm. The depth of the valley is 1-4mm starting from the top end of the protrusion. A natural grass mat is formed with a natural grass layer, a mat layer formed with roots, and a root layer.
