In the dental implant structure according to the invention, the fixture includes a lower part fixed to the alveolar bone and an upper part to which the abutment is coupled, and a part or the whole of the surface of the lower part of the fixture is fixed to the alveolar bone. A first screw is formed, the lower portion of the fixture has a shape extending along the rotation axis of the first screw, and a second screw is partially or entirely formed on the surface of the upper portion of the fixture. The upper part of the fixture has a shape extending along the rotation axis of the second screw, and the abutment has an inner cavity into which the upper part of the fixture is inserted from the lower end.
