The present invention relates to an implant structure which: improves a clamping force between an abutment, coupled to an implant fixture, and an artificial tooth molded on the outer side of the abutment； prevents structures from being rotated by an external force delivered through the artificial tooth after procedure； and has a buffer function which can reduce an impact applied to an alveolar bone by making the structures properly perform the buffer function. To this end, the implant structure comprises: a fixture implanted in the alveolar bone； cover screws, which are screw-coupled to an upper portion of the fixture, and a magnet, which confrontation-reacts with the same； a fixing screw which is screw-coupled from the upper portion of the fixture； a polygonal buffer material which is coupled to the circumference of the fixing screw and located inside the artificial tooth, and is made of a soft material which buffers a force delivered through the artificial tooth； and an abutment upper holder and an abutment lower holder which are coupled to the circumference of the fixing screw and arranged on and under the buffer material, and perfectly cover the buffer material which reinforces cohesion between the buffer material and the fixing screw.
