The present invention is provided to prevent an upper prosthetic from shaking or separating upon repetitive use of teeth after an abutment fixed to an implant fixture to be implanted in an alveolar bone of a gum is coupled to the upper prosthetic. The abutment for an implant according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an implant fixture implanted in the alveolar bone； an abutment fixed by a screw coupled to the implant fixture, and an upper prosthetic covering an outer surface of the abutment, wherein a screw hole is formed inside the upper prosthetic and a screw thread is formed on an outer surface of the abutment to correspond to the screw hole, so that the abutment and the upper prosthetic are screw-coupled to each other.본 발명은 잇몸의 치조골에 심어지는 임플란트 고정체(fixture)에 고정되는 어버트먼트(abutment)와 상부보철물(prothetics)을 결합시킨 후, 치아의 반복적인 사용으로 인해 상부보철물의 흔들림 또는 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로,본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 임플란트용 어버트먼트는,치조골에 매식되는 임플란트 고정체와, 상기 임플란트 고정체에 체결되는 스크류에 의해 고정되는 어버트먼트와, 상기 어버트먼트 외측면에 씌워지는 상부보철물을 구비하는 임플란트용 어버트먼트에 있어서:상기 상부보철물의 내부에 형성되는 나사공과, 상기 어버트먼트의 외측면에 상기 나사공과 대응되게 형성되는 나사산을 구비하여, 상기 어버트먼트와 상부보철물이 상호 나사결합에 의해 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임플란트용 어버트먼트를 제공한다.
