The present invention relates to a dental implant structure which forms an artificial tooth root by including a fixture which is fixed in the alveolar bone and an abutment which is combined to the fixture, where an artificial tooth is mounted. The fixture of the dental implant structure includes a lower part which is fixed in the alveolar bone and an upper part where the abutment is combined. On the lower surface of the fixture, a first screw is provided to be fixed in the alveolar bone partially or entirely. The lower part of the fixture has a shape that extends along the rotary shaft line of the first screw. On the upper surface of the fixture, a second screw is provided partially or entirely, having a shape that extends along the rotary shaft line of the second screw. The abutment has an outside surface where the artificial tooth is attached and has a hole inside in which the upper part of the fixture is inserted. On a part or the whole part of the hole surface, a third screw is provided to be screw combined to the second screw of the fixture. When the upper part of the fixture is inserted into the hole of the abutment, the second screw of the fixture and the third screw of the abutment are combined so that the fixture and the abutment are combined.본 발명은 치조골에 고정되는 픽스쳐 및 이 픽스쳐에 결합되고 인공 치아가 부착되는 지대주를 포함하여 인공 치근을 형성하는 치아 임플란트 구조물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 치아 임플란트 구조물에서 픽스쳐는 상기 치조골에 고정되는 하부와 지대주가 결합되는 상부를 포함하고, 픽스쳐의 하부 표면에는 그 일부 또는 전체에 치조골에 고정되기 위한 제1 나사가 형성되고, 픽스쳐의 하부는 상기 제1 나사의 회전 축선을 따라 연장되는 형상을 가지며, 픽스쳐의 상부 표면에는 그 일부 또는 전체에 제2 나사가 형성되고, 제2 나사의 회전 축선을 따라 연장되는 형상을 가지며, 지대주는 인공 치아가 부착되는 외측 표면이 형성되고 내측에 픽스쳐의 상부가 삽입되는 공동이 형성되며, 공동의 표면의 일부 또는 전체에는 픽스쳐의 제2 나사와 나사 결합하는 제3 나사가 형성되고, 픽스쳐의 상부가 지대주의 공동에 삽입되면서 픽스쳐의 제2 나사와 지대주의 제3 나사가 서로 결합함으로써, 픽스쳐와 지대주가 결합되는 구성을 갖는다.
