PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warmer allowing a user to safely stop a use thereof by preliminarily detecting a sign that a heat storage medium causes liquid leakage due to aging deterioration, and allowing the user to safely hold it.SOLUTION: A warmer 10 includes a container body 1, and outer caps 2 and 2 fixed to both ends of the container body 1. The container body 1 includes a heat storage material stored in a hollow part thereof. The heat storage material is heated by irradiation of microwaves of a microwave oven or the like to generate heat. A user can hold grip surfaces 2a and 2a of the outer caps 2 and 2 to take out the heated warmer 10 from the microwave oven or the like.【課題】 経年劣化等により蓄熱媒体が液漏れを起こす前兆を事前に察知して安全に使用を中止することができると共に、使用者が安全に把持することができる温熱具を提供する。【解決手段】 温熱具１０は、容器本体１と、この容器本体１の両端部に固定されている外キャップ２、２を有している。そして、容器本体１は、中空状の中空部内に蓄熱材が収容されている。この蓄熱材は、電子レンジ等のマイクロ波の照射によって加温されて発熱する構造となっている。そして、使用者は、外キャップ２、２の把持面２ａ、２ａを把持して加熱された温熱具１０を電子レンジ等から取り出すことができる。【選択図】図１
