PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food washing machine for removing foreign matter, such as insects, adhering to vegetables.SOLUTION: The food washing machine includes a primary washing device 1 and a secondary washing device 4. In the primary washing device 1, vegetables are washed with bubbles massively generated in a bubbling water tank 2, and foreign matter adhering to the vegetables overflow together with the bubbles. In the secondary washing device, the vegetables delivered from the bubbling water tank 2 are conveyed by a conveyer, and pressurized water is jetted from above and below to wash the vegetables.
