PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material-washing treatment device which can sufficiently and effectively wash the food materials.SOLUTION: The food material-washing treatment device for washing materials to be washed, such as seaweeds, e.g. Undaria pinnatifida or sea tangles, vegetables, fishes or shellfishes includes a washing water tank, a recovery conveyer, and a washing force-imparting means capable of imparting a washing force such as air or ultrasonic waves to a washing water region. In a treating tank capable of receiving washing water such as seawater or service water therein by supplying of draining the water, the washing water tank has an opened bottom, forms a constant divided water region in the treating tank, receives the materials to be washed, charged from the upper side, and can float the materials in the divided water region. The recovery conveyer is disposed so that one portion of the recovery conveyer is submerged in the washing water, is placed corresponding to the opened bottom of the washing water tank, and the other portions face a higher place than the water level of the washing water in the treating tank in a state upward inclined from a submerged position on the outside of the washing tank, has many vertically penetrated holes in the plane, and is freely circulation-driven in a constant direction so that the upper side of the conveyer is driven from inside the washing water to a place above the washing water.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 洗浄が充分効果的に得られるようにした食材洗浄処理装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 ワカメ・コンブ等の海藻類や野菜類、魚介物などの被洗浄物を洗浄処理する食材洗浄処理装置であって、給排により内部に海水や上水などの洗浄水を収容可能な処理槽の内部に、底面が開放状で処理槽内において一定に区画された水域とされるとともに投入される被洗浄物を上方から受け入れて前記区画された水域内で浮遊自在とする洗浄水槽と、一部が洗浄水に水没して前記洗浄水槽の開放状底面に対応して位置し他部が洗浄水槽外部の水没位置から上り傾斜状をなして処理槽における洗浄水の水位よりも高く臨むようにして設定されるとともに面内に上下貫通状の多孔を備えて上面が洗浄水内から洗浄水上に駆動されるように一定方向に循環駆動自在とされた回収用コンベアと、洗浄水域に空気あるいは超音波などの洗浄力を付与可能な洗浄付与手段とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
