The present invention provides an apparatus for culturing aquatic organisms which comprises a main water tank 10 housing sea water and deep sea organisms, a hot water supplying means 20, and a hot water exhauting means 30.In the present invention apparatus, a hot water pipe 22 extended from a hot water tank 21 to the bottom of the main water tank 10, and in the end of the pipe 22 forming an exhaust nozzle 22a for upward ejecting hot water.
