PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food or a medicine taken daily and continuously, and exhibiting safe and sufficient antiallergic effects.SOLUTION: The antiallergic agent contains an extract of a leaf of olive and an extract of oolong stem tea. A commercial product can be utilized as the extract of the leaf of the olive. The dietary intake of the extract of the leaf of the olive and the extract of the oolong stem tea is different based on the shape, symptom, age, body weight or the like, but the intake of the extract of the leaf of the olive is 1-1,000 mg/day, preferably, 5-200 mg/day, and the intake of the oolong stem tea is 1-1,000 mg/day, preferably 5-500 mg/day.
