PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large diameter suction tube capable of loading a tip of an endoscope insertion part thereon after inserted in a body cavity, performing a sucking operation with the endoscope without interrupting a field of view so that a gastric wall or an intestinal wall is not erroneously sucked, and quickly sucking large food residues, although the suction tube cannot be orally inserted into the body cavity being attached to an endoscope insertion part.SOLUTION: A flexible tube 1 has an inner diameter into which an endoscope insertion part can be inserted. The flexible tube 1 includes attachment means 3 to hold a tip of the endoscope insertion part inserted therein, the attachment means 3 being disposed on an outside wall at a distal end of the tube. The attachment means 3 has a hard base 31 disposed on the outside wall of the flexible tube 1, and a pressing and holding part 32 into which fluid is injected to expand to press and hold the tip of the endoscope insertion part against the base 31.
