PURPOSE: Skewered potato balls containing rice flour, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer a savory taste and soft texture to rice flour consumers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of skewered potato balls containing rice flour comprises the following steps: washing and boiling potatoes with water and salt; peeling the steamed potatoes before crushing; mixing 45-64wt% of crushed potatoes, 30-50wt% of rice flour, 2.5-3.5wt% of cheese powder, 1-3wt% of egg yolk, and 0.5-1.5wt% of salt; molding the obtained potato mixture into a meat ball shape, and parboiling the obtained potato balls in 80-120 deg C water; washing the parboiled potato balls in 10-20 deg C water, and fitting the balls to a skewer; and roasting the skewered potato balls before spreading sauce containing seasoned soy sauce and starch syrup.
