PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent delivery system capable of highly efficiently executing operation of priming.SOLUTION: A stent delivery system 10 includes a tubular stent sheath 30 including a storage part 31 capable of storing a self-expanding stent 20 and having a delivery opening 32 formed at a proximal side a tubular inner tube 40 fixedly connected to a distal side with respect to the storage part 31 of the stent sheath 30 and extending to the distal side and a shaft part 60 that extends from the interior of a space in which the stent sheath 30 and the stent 20 of the inner tube 40 are stored, to the distal side, penetrates through the inside of the stent 20, and includes a first marker 62 that can come into contact with the distal end of the stent 20 and regulates movement of the stent 20 in the distal end direction relative the stent sheath 30.
